Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a system of treating the human body based on the natural principles of healing:

  • treat the cause of an illness, not only the symptoms
  • do no harm to the patient
  • educate the patient to help themselves and be responsible for their own health
  • use supplements and products that aid the natural healing process of the body

By focusing on the cause and not the symptoms of a disease or ailment, I am able to effectively put the patient on the right path to health.
The way I follow this path is by educating patients on being responsible for the own health and also enhancing the body's inherent ability to heal with the use of nutrition and herbal medicine.
The whole process allows the patient to look at their lives from an overall perspective.

Nutrition

Nutritional medicine is used to correct nutritional imbalances caused by stress, lifestyle and a poor diet.
These imbalances are the cause for many illnesses. By altering diet and using nutritional supplements we can help correct imbalances in the body, and thereby promote better overall health

Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine is a method of treatment based on traditional use and also scientific research.
Herbs are mainly prescribed in liquid blends and tablets to perform a variety of actions on the body in order to help the body to heal itself

SCIO Therapy

Bioenergetic medicine is based on energies of the body. Each cell vibrates at a certain frequency. When the cell or tissues are unbalanced due to stress or illness, the frequency of the vibration changes. Bioenergetic works by sending a frequency through the body, and reads how the frequency reacts to the cells. Based on the change in frequency, the bioenergetic device is able to determine which minerals, nutrients and energies are out of balance.
The device is the SCIO. It was invented by Dr Bill Nelson of NASA and has been successfully applied by doctors, chiropractors and natural therapists in Europe and Canada. The SCIO identifies underlying stressors and energetic imbalances in the body
