Endometriosis Naturopath

Online, Australia Wide

Caulfield South, Melbourne

Living with endometriosis means navigating pain, fatigue, frustration and often a long road to diagnosis. I truly hear you - and I'm here to offer you a compassionate, comprehensive approach that takes your experience seriously and aims to genuinely improve your quality of life. Available online across Australia and in person in Caulfield South.

Endometriosis affects approximately 1 in 9 Australian women - yet it remains chronically under-diagnosed and under-treated. If you've been told your pain is "just bad periods" or that "it's all in your head," I want you to know that your experience is valid, and there is so much more we can do.

As a naturopath specialising in women's reproductive health in Melbourne, endometriosis management is one of my most passionate areas of practice. I take a multi-faceted approach: addressing the inflammatory drivers, supporting hormonal balance (particularly oestrogen dominance), nurturing your gut health and immune function, and working to improve your fertility alongside your pain management.

"You deserve more than being told to just manage your pain. You deserve to understand what's happening in your body - and to feel genuinely supported."

Endometriosis & Fertility

Endometriosis can impact fertility through several mechanisms - affecting egg quality, implantation and the overall uterine environment. But it doesn't mean conception is impossible. With targeted naturopathic support, many of my clients with endometriosis have gone on to have beautiful pregnancies, both naturally and through IVF.

We'll work to reduce inflammation, support egg quality, optimise your hormonal environment and prepare your body as thoroughly as possible for conception, whether naturally or with medical assistance.

My approach to endometriosis

1. Inflammation reduction

Targeted anti-inflammatory nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle strategies to reduce the inflammatory burden at the root of endometriosis.

2. Hormone balancing

Supporting oestrogen metabolism and detoxification through gut health, liver support and specific nutrients.

3. Pain management

Natural strategies to reduce period pain and pelvic pain - so you can get back to living your life without dreading your cycle.
